The C38RS penetrator bores through the blockage first, then the DC38 rotating root cutter clears roots and grease as you pull it back. Each nozzle is jetted separately to your jetter's GPM, PSI and hose length and ships with a 1/4" or 3/8" hose connection.A two-tool set combining the C38RS forward penetrator and DC38 rear-facing cutter.
