If your KEG Pipe Pro nozzle does not outperform your current setup, return it within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Nozzle bodies must be in working condition (normal wear from testing is fine)
- Inserts that have been used in the field are not returnable due to wear
- Kits must include all components in the original case
How to Start a Return
- Email info@jetterprosupply.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any UPS location
- Refund is processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return
Exchanges
Need a different nozzle or different jetting specs? We are happy to exchange. If your specs changed, we can re-jet your existing nozzle - just ship it back to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
