At Jetter Pro Supply (a KEG Technologies brand), we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that show signs of use, installation, damage, or modification are not eligible for return. Custom or special-order items may not be returnable. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about return eligibility for a specific product.

Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not ship items back without first obtaining return authorization.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged or incorrect order so we can arrange a prepaid return label.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the item to be replaced at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.

Ceramic Insert Warranty

All Jetter Pro Supply ceramic inserts are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal, intended use. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear from regular operation
  • Damage caused by using the product outside its rated specifications
  • Products that have been modified or altered

To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible. Approved warranty claims will be fulfilled with a replacement product at no charge.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest processing time for your exchange.
