Welcome to Jetter Pro Supply. By accessing or using our website at jetterprosupply.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.
Product Information
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Colors and dimensions shown may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography and display differences.
Pricing and Errors
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is affected by a pricing error, we will notify you promptly and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Business Orders
JPS serves professional, business and individual buyers. Net 30 applies only to eligible 3/4-inch-and-larger equipment on approved B2B accounts; 1/2-inch-and-under remains credit-card only. See business purchasing and account eligibility.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted only when the product has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary based on the delivery method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Jetter Pro Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
30-day performance money-back guarantee. Return an eligible complete nozzle or kit within 30 days of delivery if it does not do the job under normal, intended use. Normal testing wear, including on supplied inserts, is accepted. Eligible returns receive a prepaid label. Include every supplied component and any supplied case. Read eligibility and return instructions.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty coverage depends on the brand, model and component. Applicable KEG steel inserts have a one-year manufacturer term and applicable titanium-ceramic inserts have a five-year term, subject to KEG's conditions. These periods do not apply to every nozzle component or other brand. See our warranty and protection page for component coverage, exclusions and claim instructions. Coverage promised with an existing purchase remains applicable to that purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetter Pro Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Products are intended for professional use and should be operated in accordance with applicable safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Jetter Pro Supply and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts located in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
