However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Pricing and Errors
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is affected by a pricing error, we will notify you promptly and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted only when the product has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary based on the delivery method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Jetter Pro Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@jetterprosupply.com or call (864) 804-6637. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Warranty
Jetter Pro Supply ceramic inserts are backed by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetter Pro Supply and KEG Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Products are intended for professional use and should be operated in accordance with applicable safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
