🛡️ Warranty & Protection
Every KEG nozzle we sell is engineered and manufactured by KEG Technologies and built to outlast the truck you carry it on. We back that up three ways: a 30-day money-back guarantee, the industry's strongest insert warranty, and optional lifetime protection.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Every Nozzle
Run it on real jobs. If it's not the best nozzle you've used in the first 30 days, send it back for a full refund. No restocking games. See our return policy for details.
Insert Warranty — Included Free
- Steel inserts — 3-year warranty
- Titanium ceramic inserts — 5-year warranty
If an insert fails in the field during normal jetting — cracking, chipping, blowout, seat failure — we replace it free. That's the whole point of running a nozzle with replaceable inserts: you should never have to buy a whole new nozzle because a $15 part failed.
What's covered
- Insert failure during normal jetting inside the pipe
- Cracked, chipped, or blown-out inserts
- Insert seat or thread failure
- Manufacturing defects — any part, any time
What's not covered
- Normal orifice wear from use (inserts are wear parts — that's why they're replaceable and cheap)
- Damage from dragging the nozzle on concrete or asphalt
- Running the nozzle dry or without a filter
- Forcing the wrong insert size
- Nozzles lost or left in the line
How to file a claim
- Email sales@jetterprosupply.com with your order number
- Include photos of the failed insert still in the nozzle
- Tell us your machine, GPM/PSI, and what you were cleaning
Valid claims ship replacement inserts free. Most claims are handled within one business day. Questions? Call (864) 804-6637.
JPS Total Protection — Optional Lifetime Coverage
Want the nozzle itself covered for life? Add JPS Total Protection at checkout or within 90 days of purchase. If your protected nozzle fails in the field — a valid failure under the coverage rules above — we send you a complete replacement nozzle, free.
- One-time fee based on your nozzle's price — see pricing
- No expiration: use it in year one or year ten
- Covers one full replacement; you can protect the new nozzle again after that
- Only available within the first 90 days of owning your nozzle — after that, the offer's gone
- Same field-failure rules apply: valid failures are covered, abuse and lost nozzles are not
Why We Can Do This
Disposable fixed-jet nozzles can't be serviced. When the orifices wear — and at pro pressures that's every 2–4 weeks — the only fix is a whole new nozzle. KEG nozzles are machined bodies with replaceable steel or ceramic inserts. The body basically never dies; the inserts swap out in minutes with a wrench.
Don't change the nozzle. Change the inserts. Browse replacement inserts or read the full cost breakdown.
