Warranty and protection: what applies to your purchase
Manufacturer warranties, Jetter Pro Supply returns and optional JPS Total Protection are separate forms of coverage. The applicable product, component, condition and purchase terms determine eligibility.
KEG manufacturer warranty
KEG's SBK-F26 catalog describes a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the specific limited terms for bodies, inserts and components below. It does not provide unlimited coverage for every part or every type of failure.

Coverage is subject to KEG's terms. Exclusions include loss, improper setup or assembly, abnormal wear, improper use, operation outside design limits, unauthorized modifications and failure to perform recommended maintenance. Aluminum nozzle bodies must be used with the required skid where specified. Normal orifice wear is not a manufacturing defect. Follow any additional model-specific requirements.
Other brands and demo/used equipment
Victory and Direct Hit coverage must be confirmed for the exact product; KEG's component table is not a blanket warranty for other manufacturers. Demo/used condition is not automatically the same as manufacturer re-manufactured condition. Read the individual listing and contact JPS to confirm the terms and included components of a particular unit.
JPS 30-day performance money-back guarantee
If your nozzle or kit does not do the job under normal, intended use, return the complete item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of its purchase price. Normal testing wear, including on supplied inserts, is accepted. Eligible returns receive a prepaid label. Include the supplied case and all components for a kit return. KEG's catalog separately advertises a manufacturer 90-day money-back guarantee. Contact JPS about eligibility and handling of a KEG manufacturer claim; this is separate from JPS's published 30-day store return process.
JPS Total Protection — optional lifetime coverage
This separately purchased plan protects one eligible KEG nozzle and provides one complete replacement for a valid covered field failure, with no expiration. It is available with the nozzle or within 90 days of purchase. It does not cover normal wear, abuse, running dry, wrong inserts, dragging damage, or nozzles lost in the line. A replacement nozzle can be protected again with a new plan. See plan prices and terms. Manufacturer insert coverage is included independently of this optional plan.
