⚙️ How Hydro-Jetting Works
A jetter nozzle converts your machine's water flow into high-pressure jets that scour pipe walls and propel the hose forward through the line.
The Three Jobs of a Nozzle
- Thrust jets (rear-facing) pull the hose up the pipe and flush debris back toward you.
- Cleaning jets scour grease, scale, and buildup off the pipe wall.
- Forward jets (on penetrating nozzles) punch through blockages and root masses.
Why Efficiency Matters
A nozzle's fluid-mechanics efficiency determines how much of your machine's power actually reaches the pipe wall. Our KEG-engineered nozzles run at 80%+ efficiency — clearing lines in one pass while cheap nozzles waste energy and need multiple runs.
Matching Nozzle to Job
Pick your nozzle by GPM/PSI (your machine) and pipe diameter (the job). Not sure? See our FAQ or email sales@jetterprosupply.com.
