Ownership and support
Evaluate the exact assembly, service parts and applicable Direct Hit warranty with JPS. KEG insert warranty periods do not apply. Demonstrations show particular machines and conditions; they do not establish a guaranteed saving on your jobs.
Before ordering: Confirm the complete setup with JPS before shipment.
The Direct Hit 43 mm penetrator and root cutter set gives you both tools for a blocked sewer line. The C43RS penetrator bores through the blockage first, then the DC43 rotating root cutter clears roots, grease and scale as you pull it back. Each nozzle is jetted separately to your jetter's GPM, PSI and hose length and ships with a 1/4" or 3/8" hose connection.
A two-tool set combining the C43RS forward penetrator and DC43 rear-facing cutter. Each nozzle performs a different role and requires its own matched configuration.
What you are buying
One complete configured C43RS penetrator and one complete configured DC43 cutter. The cutter includes its carriage, feed hoses and one rear turbo head. A storage case is not included.
The displayed price covers the complete configured nozzle or head described above. JPS confirms the final assembly, operating limits and machine fit before shipment. Hose adapters and optional accessories are separate unless explicitly listed as included.

Match the complete nozzle to your machine
Provide machine flow in US GPM, working PSI, total working hose length, hose inside diameter and the hose-end size and thread. Include pipe diameter, tight bends or traps, and whether you need penetration, root cutting, flushing or hydro excavation. A rotor size number is not the complete nozzle’s flow: any separate thrust or cutting jets also consume water. The finished jetting and operating limit must be confirmed for the whole assembly.
Opening a path through a blockage does not always complete the cleaning job. Some applications require a separate finishing nozzle to clean the pipe wall and remove debris.
About the images
Gallery images show the nozzle families in this set. Images are model references and do not establish final package contents.
Videos remain hosted by their original creators. Demonstrated configurations and operating conditions may differ from the supplied JetterProSupply assembly.
Two separate tools, individually configured
The C43RS uses a front turbo jet for penetration. The DC43 uses a rear turbo jet for cutting and debris removal. The set is not one nozzle with two cutting heads. Additional carriages, rings, repair kits and a carrying case are not included unless expressly listed in the final package.
Guides may show optional equipment or other configurations. Use the instructions for your supplied assembly and carriage.

The practical value is a tool chosen for the task, a matching setup and support after the sale. Job time and water use depend on the machine, line and obstruction.
Compare the job, fit, maintenance and applicable coverage. A brand name or tier alone does not make every model suitable for the same work.

Will it fit my jetter?
JPS confirms the complete configuration and machine fit before shipment. Enter your GPM, PSI and hose details with the order, or call (864) 804-6637.
What if I don't know my GPM?
Check the data plate on the pump or the jetter manual. Or call (864) 804-6637 with the machine make and model and we'll look it up.
Can I return it?
For eligible nozzle and kit returns, return the complete item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of its purchase price if it does not do the job under normal, intended use. Normal testing wear, including on supplied inserts, is accepted. Include all supplied components and the case if supplied. Eligible returns receive a prepaid label. Custom or special-order items may not be returnable; see full eligibility and instructions. 30-day performance return terms
When does it ship?
Dispatch timing depends on this item and its configuration. Contact JPS to confirm timing for a scheduled job.
Dispatch and delivery are separate. Free ground shipping remains available at $199+. Free 2-Day Air on eligible parcel orders over $599 to the contiguous 48 states; estimated two-business-day transit starts after dispatch. Preparation, configuration and exclusions apply. Shipping details
Buying for a fleet or a city crew?

What matters after the purchase
Judge the tool by the work it covers, the parts you can service and the support behind the setup.
Service the right components
Direct Hit: Direct Hit rotor assemblies, ceramic jets and adapters are separate service items. Match the exact model and fitted configuration before ordering; a spare rotor is not included unless the listing says so.
JPS’s 30-day performance guarantee accepts normal testing wear on a complete eligible nozzle or kit, including supplied inserts. Return all supplied components. Eligibility, exclusions and prepaid-label instructions are in the return policy.
A matching service kit can restore a serviceable assembly when its replaceable components are the cause of the problem. JPS can help identify the parts before you order.
Identify the exact nozzle model and fitted rotor or insert configuration. Have your order number or a clear product photo ready.
Describe what changed and your operating setup: GPM, working PSI, hose inside diameter and hose length. Stop using damaged equipment and follow the manufacturer’s inspection procedure.
Confirm the correct kit, included parts, service procedure, price and availability with JPS. A kit does not resolve every fault, and normal wear is separate from a covered defect.
Look for the exact nozzle and configuration, machine flow and pressure, hose, pipe condition and the work completed. Compare before-and-after inspection of the same section. One successful job does not establish a universal speed, water-use or service-life advantage.
Compare cost over your own jobs
Compare purchase price, replacement parts and service costs over the same number of jobs. Record time and water used on comparable work. A useful cost per job is total tool and service cost divided by jobs completed; any time savings should come from your own measured results.
