Understand the stages of cleaning

Opening a blockage, cleaning the pipe wall, moving debris and finishing before inspection are different tasks. Review nozzle configurations against the stage you need to complete.

Plan maintenance by exact model

Keep a record of the nozzle part number, selected configuration and machine setup. Some models use replaceable inserts; others have factory-drilled jets. Match replacement parts to the exact nozzle rather than its appearance or hose size alone.

If pulling or cleaning performance changes, note when it changed and whether the machine, hose, nozzle or job conditions changed. Follow the manufacturer's shutdown and depressurization instructions before inspection or service. Ask for a configuration review instead of guessing an insert size. KEG Rotor nozzles are water-driven: do not lubricate them with grease or oil.

Browse replacement inserts and accessories, or contact JPS with the product part number and setup details. Product selection guides supplement the equipment manufacturer's operating instructions and professional training.
