Find the right replacement insert
Start with the nozzle model or part number and the jet position you are replacing. M5, M6, M8 and M14 refer to insert threads, not the nozzle’s hose connection.
Identify the nozzle and the front, rear, cutting or rotation jet that needs service.
Match the specified thread, seat and material to that exact position. A matching thread alone does not establish compatibility.
Use the approved orifice configuration for your setup. Send your GPM, working PSI and any existing insert markings when requesting parts help; do not choose an orifice diameter by appearance.
Steel inserts have one-year coverage. Applicable KEG titanium ceramic inserts have five-year coverage. See the warranty terms for the exact component.
Replacement parts and insert holders do not turn a factory-drilled nozzle into an insert-ready nozzle.
Included: One insert in the selected size. No nozzle, carriage or rotor kit is included.

Check fitment
Match the supplier reference, thread and size to the component being replaced. Contact JetterProSupply if you need help identifying the correct part.

0.9 mm: 300-749-911

M4 identifies the thread family; the selected millimeter value identifies the water orifice. Do not select the orifice from thread size alone. Match it to the approved C33RS carriage setup and required flow.

Why consider this professional nozzle system?
See the manufacturer’s demonstrations of named Direct Hit penetrating and cutting assemblies. Confirm the exact assembly, accessories and machine fit with JPS. Direct Hit is available now.
The practical value is a tool chosen for the task, a matching setup and support after the sale. Job time and water use depend on the machine, line and obstruction.
JPS confirms insert sizes for the supplied nozzle using operating GPM, pump PSI, hose inside diameter and hose length. Do not choose replacement inserts from hose-connection size alone.
Dispatch timing depends on this item and its configuration. Contact JPS to confirm timing for a scheduled job.
Dispatch and delivery are separate. Free ground shipping remains available at $199+. Free 2-Day Air on eligible parcel orders over $599 to the contiguous 48 states; estimated two-business-day transit starts after dispatch. Preparation, configuration and exclusions apply. Shipping details
Buying for a fleet or a city crew?
Net 30 applies only to eligible 3/4-inch-and-larger equipment on approved B2B accounts. Items 1/2 inch and under are credit-card purchases. Request an equipment quote or call (864) 804-6637.
What matters after the purchase
Judge the tool by the work it covers, the parts you can service and the support behind the setup.
Service the right components
Direct Hit: Direct Hit rotor assemblies, ceramic jets and adapters are separate service items. Match the exact model and fitted configuration before ordering; a spare rotor is not included unless the listing says so.
JPS’s 30-day performance guarantee accepts normal testing wear on a complete eligible nozzle or kit, including supplied inserts. Return all supplied components. Eligibility, exclusions and prepaid-label instructions are in the return policy.
A matching service kit can restore a serviceable assembly when its replaceable components are the cause of the problem. JPS can help identify the parts before you order.
Identify the exact nozzle model and fitted rotor or insert configuration. Have your order number or a clear product photo ready.
Describe what changed and your operating setup: GPM, working PSI, hose inside diameter and hose length. Stop using damaged equipment and follow the manufacturer’s inspection procedure.
Confirm the correct kit, included parts, service procedure, price and availability with JPS. A kit does not resolve every fault, and normal wear is separate from a covered defect.
Look for the exact nozzle and configuration, machine flow and pressure, hose, pipe condition and the work completed. Compare before-and-after inspection of the same section. One successful job does not establish a universal speed, water-use or service-life advantage.
Compare cost over your own jobs
Compare purchase price, replacement parts and service costs over the same number of jobs. Record time and water used on comparable work. A useful cost per job is total tool and service cost divided by jobs completed; any time savings should come from your own measured results.
