1" KEG Super Nova Chain Cutter — genuine KEG Technologies, offered in demo/used condition. A high-torque, water-driven cutter with eight rotating and four rear inserts powers through heavy roots, scaling, rust, grease, minerals, and protruding taps in 6"–16" pipe (to 48" with expansion kits); it even runs in egg-shaped pipe.
Tier Two Fluid Mechanics. Flow 60–150 GPM, 1,700–3,000 PSI.

The archived manual differs in flow rating, base pipe range and rear-insert layout. A newer catalog rating does not authorize increasing an older unit’s flow. Current 32–48-inch expansion setups require a pulling device.
Ask about the actual available unit: condition, inspection or refurbishment work, included inserts, hoses or skids, and written coverage. The listing identifies what is confirmed; JPS can confirm the remaining details before a quote.

JPS confirms insert sizes for the supplied nozzle using operating GPM, pump PSI, hose inside diameter and hose length. Do not choose replacement inserts from hose-connection size alone.

KEG: On insert-equipped KEG models, replace the specified inserts while the body remains serviceable. Drilled-jet models have different service needs. Match the part, position and orifice to your nozzle.
