What it's for

Every stage of a 3/8" job, in one case

Most calls on a 3/8" jetter go in the same order: get through the blockage, pull the debris back, then clean the pipe wall. This kit has a nozzle for each step. You get three penetrators for different kinds of blockage, the Tier 3 Traction and Cleaning nozzles to pull and scrub, and a Ball nozzle for tight laterals. All six ship in a foam-lined Pelican case, set up for your machine.

What's in the kit

  • 3/8" Cleaning Nozzle (steel inserts)
  • 3/8" Traction Nozzle with forward jet (steel inserts)
  • 3/8" Rambo Nozzle
  • 3/8" Triple Edge Quattro (Quattro with forward jets)
  • 3/8" Egg Devastator with forward jets
  • 3/8" Ball Nozzle with forward jet
  • Pelican case with foam

What each nozzle does

  • Rambo: the penetrator for grease build-up and blockages. Factory-drilled jets with a drill point.
  • Triple Edge Quattro: four forward jets and sharp edges for total blockages, sand, mud, roots and trash.
  • Egg Devastator: three rear and four forward jets in a rounded egg body that works through bends and angled lines.
  • Traction: six rear jets at 8° and 12° plus a forward jet. Pulls through mud and sand and drags debris back toward the opening. Tier 3, replaceable M6 inserts.
  • Cleaning: eight rear jets at 15° and 25° that wash the pipe wall. Tier 3 (cataloged at 80%+ fluid efficiency), replaceable M6 inserts.
  • Ball: compact rounded body with a forward jet for residential lines and service laterals.

How the kit runs on a job

  1. Open the line. Rambo for grease, Triple Edge Quattro for packed sand, mud or roots, Egg Devastator when the line has a lot of bends.
  2. Pull it out. The Traction drags loosened debris back toward the opening.
  3. Clean the wall. The Cleaning nozzle scrubs the pipe wall. The Ball handles small laterals.

Who it's for

Plumbers and drain techs running 3/8" jetters at 6–12 GPM on 2"–8" residential and light commercial lines. Add your jetter's GPM when you order and we set up every nozzle for your machine. Not sure? Skip it and we'll call to confirm your setup before anything ships.

Why consider this professional nozzle system?

KEG makes sewer-cleaning nozzles and cutters for a range of applications and connection sizes. Its equipment is also listed in MSW’s municipal sewer-nozzle directory. Choose the specific model for your work; designs and service requirements vary.

The practical value is a tool chosen for the task, a matching setup and support after the sale. Job time and water use depend on the machine, line and obstruction.

Compare the job, fit, maintenance and applicable coverage. A brand name or tier alone does not make every model suitable for the same work.

German-engineered by KEG Technologies and assembled to order in the USA. Every unit ships genuine, with setup advice from JPS. Call us to confirm fitment for your machine.

Before you buy

Will it fit my jetter?

Match the nozzle connection to your hose-end fitting. Hose inside diameter and connection thread size are different measurements. Choose your operating GPM when required; JPS confirms the setup before shipment.

What if I don't know my GPM?

Check the data plate on the pump or the jetter manual. Or call (864) 804-6637 with the machine make and model and we'll look it up.

Can I return it?

Normal testing wear, including on supplied inserts, is accepted. Include all supplied components and the case if supplied. Eligible returns receive a prepaid label. Custom or special-order items may not be returnable; see full eligibility and instructions. 30-day performance return terms

What matters after the purchase

Judge the tool by the work it covers, the parts you can service and the support behind the setup.

Service the right components

KEG: On insert-equipped KEG models, replace the specified inserts while the body remains serviceable. Drilled-jet models have different service needs. Match the part, position and orifice to your nozzle.

KEG warranty terms differ for bodies, inserts, rotating parts and used equipment. Manufacturing-defect coverage does not mean unlimited wear coverage.

JPS’s 30-day performance guarantee accepts normal testing wear on a complete eligible nozzle or kit, including supplied inserts. Return all supplied components. Eligibility, exclusions and prepaid-label instructions are in the return policy.

What a useful demonstration should show

Look for the exact nozzle and configuration, machine flow and pressure, hose, pipe condition and the work completed. Compare before-and-after inspection of the same section. One successful job does not establish a universal speed, water-use or service-life advantage.

Compare cost over your own jobs

Compare purchase price, replacement parts and service costs over the same number of jobs. Record time and water used on comparable work. A useful cost per job is total tool and service cost divided by jobs completed; any time savings should come from your own measured results.
