360° finishing power for small-diameter lines. The 3/8" Rotor spins continuously and covers every inch of pipe wall in 2"–8" lines — the right tool for residential laterals and small service lines before camera inspection. Factory inserts, reversible barrel, no lubrication needed.
Best for: Pre-camera inspection finishing in residential laterals, grease and scale removal, small root remnants on smaller jetter equipment.
