Use a general cleaning and flushing pass to move loosened material. An opening nozzle may be needed first for a total blockage. Inspect the result and add a finishing pass when the job requires it.
The 3/8-inch hose connection is separate from the jet-insert thread. This 0010 0098 listing offers 6, 8, 10 and 12 GPM options. If known, add working PSI, hose inside diameter and length, pipe details and the application. Ask JPS to confirm exact body dimensions and service parts for this configuration.

JPS confirms insert sizes for the supplied nozzle using operating GPM, pump PSI, hose inside diameter and hose length. Do not choose replacement inserts from hose-connection size alone.
Match the nozzle connection to your hose-end fitting. Hose inside diameter and connection thread size are different measurements. Choose your operating GPM when required; JPS confirms the setup before shipment.
