The egg shape is the whole idea: a rounded body travels through the joints, offsets, and old transitions that catch a flat-faced nozzle, so you spend less effort feeding it down the line and more time cleaning. Set up with the forward jet, it noses through soft clogs and grease instead of just washing behind them, while the rear jets provide the thrust to keep the nozzle moving and evacuate debris.
