KEG sewer jetter nozzles bring German engineering to service vans and sewer-cleaning crews. Explore tools for pipe-wall cleaning, traction, penetration, finishing and cutting, with help choosing the right model for your machine.
Why choose KEG?
The value is in choosing a tool with a defined purpose. A Cleaning nozzle directs jets at the pipe wall; a Traction nozzle is designed for pulling and moving material. Rotating nozzles and chain cutters serve different cleaning and cutting stages. The jet pattern, configuration and application matter more than the brand name alone.
Selected KEG families, including Cleaning and Traction models identified in the catalog, use Tier Three fluid mechanics. That rating does not apply to every KEG nozzle. Some small nozzles use drilled jets, while other models use replaceable steel or ceramic inserts. Review the exact product specifications and the KEG Tier Three explanation. For service parts, use the insert-thread identification guide.
From a plumber’s jetter to a municipal sewer crew
Start with 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch nozzles or plumber kits for your service truck. Explore larger KEG demo, used and refurbished equipment for contractor and municipal applications. Availability and refurbishment details depend on the particular unit.
Support that protects your investment
Replacement inserts are available for serviceable models. KEG steel inserts have a one-year warranty; consult the warranty page for the exact product, insert and condition terms. The equipment range includes genuine KEG products manufactured in Germany, with assembly and support from Spartanburg, South Carolina.
For 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch nozzles, tell us the GPM you want to run. For 1/2-inch and larger, provide GPM and working PSI. Choose the connection size first; each model has its own application and configuration.
Choose a tool for the job, then assess its value by your own cleaning time, water use and maintenance experience. Ask JPS about your setup.
Why consider this professional nozzle system?
KEG makes sewer-cleaning nozzles and cutters for a range of applications and connection sizes. Its equipment is also listed in MSW’s municipal sewer-nozzle directory. Choose the specific model for your work; designs and service requirements vary.
The practical value is a tool chosen for the task, a matching setup and support after the sale. Job time and water use depend on the machine, line and obstruction.
