Jetter Nozzles for 2-Inch Lines: Check Fit and Flow

A 2-inch pipe leaves limited space for a hose, nozzle and returning water. The bend and fitting arrangement can be more restrictive than the straight bore. Check the whole route before selecting a model.

Use dimensions and the exact pipe application

Check nozzle length, width, profile and documented pipe range. The KEG Ball family includes compact drilled configurations for small-line work, but a family statement does not prove that every variant will pass every trap. Compare the exact part.

Keep three sizes separate

Pipe diameter, hose inside diameter and nozzle inlet connection describe different things. M5, M6, M8 and M14 identify applicable insert threads, not the hose connection. Some small nozzles are factory drilled and have no replaceable jet inserts.

Choose the function

A forward jet addresses material ahead; rear jets can provide propulsion and cleaning; rotating finishing is another function. Select for the diagnosed deposit and available access. More jets do not automatically provide complete wall coverage in one pass.

Confirm the operating setup

Use the machine’s actual output, complete hose assembly and nozzle configuration. Do not treat a universal nozzle-to-pipe percentage or an online PSI table as a compatibility test. Follow the equipment procedure for containment and retrieval.

Buy the missing capability
